We are always open to all types of feedback, be it a compliment, a comment or a complaint, as without these observations we would not be able to make the improvements and alterations that make us a better service for you.

We will ensure any complaint is dealt with in a caring and considerate manner, and we aim to acknowledge any complaint within 48 hours of receipt. We will then investigate the complaint thoroughly and as quickly as possible, whilst keeping the complainant informed throughout the process in a transparent and informative manner.
